Last updated: March 1, 2026

Sweep ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website at trysweep.finance and app.trysweep.finance (collectively, the "Services").

Sweep is a non-custodial tool. We do not hold, store, or control your funds at any point. All transactions are executed directly on-chain via smart contracts.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us:

  • Email address — when you sign up for our waitlist or beta access

Blockchain data:

When you connect your non-custodial wallet to the Services, we may collect and log your publicly available blockchain wallet address in order to understand how the Services are used and to screen your wallet for any prior illicit activity using blockchain analytics providers. Blockchain addresses are publicly available data that are not created or assigned by us or any central party, and by themselves are not personally identifying. We do not control data that is recorded on public blockchains, and we have no ability to modify or delete it.

We do not link your IP address to your wallet address. IP addresses and wallet addresses are collected independently and are never associated with each other in our systems.

Information collected automatically:

When you visit our Services, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, and approximate location. This data is collected through Google Analytics and similar tools. We and our third-party service providers may also access and collect data from localStorage and other similar technologies to provide and personalize the Services.

We do not collect wallet private keys, seed phrases, or any sensitive financial credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve the Services
  • Communicate with you about beta access, updates, and product news
  • Analyze usage trends to improve the user experience
  • Screen wallet addresses for prior illicit activity to protect the security of the Services
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Respond to your questions and support requests

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal information on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — when you provide your email address to join our waitlist or receive communications
  • Legitimate interests — to analyze usage, improve the Services, detect fraud, and ensure security
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to process data to comply with applicable law, including sanctions screening

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or unsubscribing from our communications.

4. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Google Analytics — for website analytics and usage tracking
  • Blockchain analytics providers — to screen wallet addresses for prior illicit activity
  • Service providers — third parties that help us operate our Services, who are bound to protect your information
  • Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect our rights

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies, localStorage, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our Services. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand how users interact with our Services. We also use localStorage to store your preferences and session data across visits.

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Services to function properly
  • Analytics cookies — used by Google Analytics to help us understand how users interact with our Services (pages visited, time spent, general location)

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the Services.

6. Data Retention

  • Email addresses — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics) — retained for 14 months in accordance with Google Analytics default settings
  • Wallet addresses — retained only as long as necessary for security and compliance purposes, and deleted when no longer required

7. International Transfers

Our Services are operated with servers located in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable to ensure your data is protected in accordance with EU law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

California residents have the right to request information about personal data we disclose to third parties for direct marketing purposes, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. We do not sell or share your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at trysweepbusiness@gmail.com.

Unsubscribing: You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the security of your blockchain wallet addresses and their cryptographic keys.

10. Children

Our Services are not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at trysweepbusiness@gmail.com.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. When you connect a third-party wallet to our Services, your interactions with that wallet are governed by the wallet provider's own privacy policy.
